Custom…To be, or not to be — that is the question!
Today I want to address the core of Crimson AV…More Than Mounts business. Of course, I am referring to display mounts and stands. At first glance many will think of a mount as just a mount and in many cases as an afterthought. You have the display and “oh yeah, I need a mount”. Most think of mounts as being designed for a specific model of display. We all know the famous VESA patterns for flat panel displays and of course there are specific as well as adjustable mounts for projectors. Pick one and move on. End of story? The correct answer is no way. There is more to consider.
We Stock Quality Mounts
At Crimson AV we pride ourselves on the quality of our stock mount designs. Since we own the factory, we are in control of the engineering, design, materials, quality control, etc. In other word start to finish. Controlling the entire process is a good thing…believe me. But in our case, our job is not finished until there is a happy customer (more properly integration partner) with a high quality/high value product that is easy to install. So far so good but as promised, there is more.
Fun FAQ – We do CUSTOM
The more in this case is custom mounts and stands. As we all know, one size fits sometimes fits most but does not always fit all. If you can use a standard product, then fine but what if you need a unique design or a modification of a stock product for that perfect fit. At Crimson AV we don’t believe that you need to “adjust” the design to fit the mount. Nope. The mount needs to fit the project. Time to interject the concept of customization.
